Illargui has worked in bread making for the past 40 years. It was established in early 70 by several bakeries from the Goierri area in Guipuzkoa. Today, it is a point of reference in its sector, thanks to its constant commitment to innovation and growth. This turned them into leaders in Spain in the area of large distribution of breadcrumbs and they are also the greatest provider of white labels in big food chains such as Eroski Group or Dia. Other business lines developed by Illargui are traditional bread making, frozen precooked bread and pastry.
