IGARLE’S MAIN SERVICE MODELS
1/ License/ subscription SaaS
Igarle offers their solutions in purchase or hire modes on our servers, enabling the evolution from one model to the other based on deployment evolution, its use or future needs.
We perceive the SaaS (Software as a Service) as the best model for synchronization between investment and its return within the concept of associated licenses and maintenance. We offer on this project a very high and guaranteed level of security and confidentiality (backed by ISO 27.000).
2/ Consulting and flat rate
Every customer has their own pace of change and technological evolution. Our model adapts to our customer’s pace on the organizational, functional and financial level. Balancing savings with spending. Honest commitments and transparent results.
3/ Support 24×7. Ticketing certified by ISO 20.000
Innovative support model which integrates continuous survey system about the service and stands out for its transparency. The customer has the possibility to register incidents or inquiries, carry out the control and follow-up, consult the history of their incidents and inquiries, visualize the real consumption of the support service and access manuals, documentation and training videos. This service model is certified by the ISO 20000 standard.
4/ SIB (seeing is believing)
It is about creating a proof of concept together and by using data of the potential customer, in a specific and relatively small area to assess on one hand QlikView’s capacity as a product and on the other, Igarle as BI service provider. It is a model designed to allow the potential client be sure that the decision he is about to make is the right one. This model is applicable to the field of BI and lets you be certain of the final result concerning the scope, the quality of the required information and resources, prior to decision making and cost-free. After all, it is a proof of concept without engagement.
5/ Prior assessment
Assessment model based on complete elimination of risks of error that the company takes on the moment it decides which technology is the right one for its company. It is a model designed to allow the potential customer feel sure that the decision he is about to make is the right one. This model is applicable to the field of ERP and Stock Line and lets you be certain of the final result concerning the scope, the quality of the required information and resources, prior to decision making and cost-free. It is a model “without risk of error in decision making”.
6/ Training
A model for continuous training in applications and programs through classroom based courses, online direct courses, manuals, documentation and training videos. A key element for improving productivity and making maximum use of the applications.
7/ Communication
Constant communication model with the customer, to keep him up to date on the news that may interest him (grants, safety, accounting changes,…), as well as new applications, improvements made to the program and planned training. Always trying to meet the customers inquires and preferences.
Furthermore, we offer consulting service to help the customer improve the communication with his own customers and providers.
8/ Coopetition
Interoperability between heterogeneous systems is a possibility and necessity today. Applications from different providers should co-exist to offer solutions to their customers that are better and more complete. Igarle believes in and actively works in coopetition. It is an ability to collaborate proactively with our competitors in the customers’ best interest. Coopetition is a more advanced state of mind than that of competition. Our solutions are designed to co-exist with others, we design and contemplate interoperability.
