Quality Certifications Renewal
Igarle S.L. renews its ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 standards certifications.
Following intense work year after year, at the end of 2012, Igarle renewed the ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 standards certifications, both audited by the certification entity Aenor. ISO 20000 is a clear guarantee of the quality with which the User Care Centre (UCC) works. Thus, the basic objective is to provide adequate quality management of the service offered, to maximise the quality and efficiency of the service and to reduce the risks associated with the service, which increases customer satisfaction. Information is one of the main assets of Igarle and, thus, defending that information is essential to assure the continuity and development of the business, it also being a legal requisite. With the ISO 27000, Igarle has implemented an information security management system, analysing the risks that affect the security of the information its servers contain, minimising and controlling this by means of a defined system that it reviews and constantly improves through the PDCA cycle.Igarle continues to bet on the quality of its service and information security, providing its customers added value.
