ZUMETA BIZITEGIA is located in an area especially created and focused on florists. It is called Xarma and it is made up of 3 companies: Flores Iruña, that specializes in selling cut flowers, Irati Floral that sells all sorts of accessories for plants and decoration and us, ZUMETA BIZITEGIA where you can find both interior and exterior plants. Once a year, an open day takes place where florist experts from different schools, such as the Catalonian or the Dutch teach us different techniques and carry out amazing work using season plants.

Since our start-up, we have delivered plants to our customers. The telephone has been and still is our best commercial partner and telephone contact with all our customers is constant. A great deal of time is needed to organize daily calls, dial numbers, search for the purchase habits of each one of our customers and register the telephone order carried out. Thanks to the Telesales module implemented today, our time has been reduced by 40% and we are now able to manage a larger volume of customers without losing the close relationship that has always been our trademark.

Our warehouse is constantly changing as the plants are relocated depending on the time of year and the inclusion of new species. Apart from this, we have increased the volume of sales and with it, reorganization in the preparation of orders. The implementation of Wi-Fi technology in our warehouses has allowed us to simultaneously manage a higher sales volume and control the stock. The stock control has allowed us not only to speed up purchasing and the preparation of the orders, but also to optimize the commercial management at the time of the sale (telesales), making it possible for us to offer plants that are available in the warehouse and providing alternatives to products that are out of stock.
