A group of producers decides to establish in 1997 Lur Lan Baserritar Elkartea with the aim to deliver their own produce directly to the consumer, without any intermediaries. It is a prerequisite that all partners be raw material producers and directly responsible for the processing and commercial presentation of the products. The Association offers a wide range of typical and representative products from Euskal Herria, with proven quality.
