The remittance of personal data is obligatory to contact and receive information on IGARLE, S.L. products and services.
Not providing the personal data solicited or not accepting this data protection policy implies the impossibility to subscribe, register or receive information about IGARLE, S.L. products and services.

The user guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the exactness, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided and are committed to maintaining them up-to-date.
The user accepts to provide complete and correct information on the subscription or registration form.
IGARLE, S.L. does no take any responsibility about the veracity of information not elaborated by itself and from another source; consequently it does not take any responsibility in hypothetical damages caused by the use of said information.
IGARLE, S.L. is exempt from any responsibilities from any damage or loss which the User may suffer as a consequence of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by IGARLE, S.L. provided that it comes from sources external to IGARLE, S.L.
The purposes for the collection of data are: the development of activities and the presentation of IGARLE, S.L. products.
IGARLE, S.L. will not transfer user data to third parties. However, in the case where they are transferred to another company, users will be informed of the transfer, requesting their express consent.

IGARLE, S.L. is not responsible for any possible damages or losses caused by interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone line failures or disconnections in the operative service of the electronic system caused by circumstances external to IGARLE, S.L.; as well as for delays or blocks in the use of the present electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of the telephone lines or overloads in the Data Processing Centre (DPC), in the Internet system or in other electronic system, as well as damages which can be caused by third parties due to illegal interferences which escape from the control of IGARLE, S.L.
The User declares that he/she has been informed about the personal data protection conditions, accepts and consents the automated processing of this data by IGARLE, S.L. in the form and with the objectives indicated in the present Personal Data Protection Policy
